Ran outside at RPC. Planned on doing 13.1 but felt good and had around 2 hours to run so I extended it out. Started out trying to keep pace down but then just ran comfortable. Felt really good. Miles splits: 1=8:24, 2-8:15, 3=8:15, 4=8:19, 5=8:25, 6=8:17, 7=8:19, 8=8:17, 9=8:06, 10=7:56, 11=7:53, 12=7:54, 13=7:58, 14=7:57, 15=7:34. Great run. Feeling really healthy and good!
