Ran by headlamp outside at RPC. A bit warm but not hot. Was feeling about 70% healthy, kind of low grade flu symptoms but ran anyways. Actually felt better during the run. Mile splits: 1=8:26, 2=8:12, 3=8:00, 4=7:49, last 0.35=7:36 min/mi pace. Felt pretty good actually.
Ran outside at Tillil, not hot at at all. Felt great except I drank a Triple Shot Latte right before running and had diarrhea at 50 minutes into the run. Thank Lord for porta-potties!! :) Also had to carry two liters of water to keep hydrated and did not have any gels. Ate a packet of peanuts at 1 hour. Difficult as they were so dry. Good run overall.
