Good two lap run around RPC in the HOT morning sun. Already hot at 0700. A little crazy! Felt good ande took it easy. HR said ave of 163 and max of 219 so I know it screwed up and went high for some of the run. Felt like around 150 ave.

Ran at AOB 5220 during convoy layover. Felt super. Easy pace. 5 min warm up and down as well. All at 1% on their treadmill (seemed steeper than 1%, that's why I did not go to 1.5%).
