Swam easy as shoulders are still a little sore from after the longer swim earlier in the week. Felt good but really did takke it easy and still was a fast time. 500 m in 13:06, 2nd 500 m in 12:54.

Ran on Balad treadmill at 1.5% grade. Pace felt easy and I felt great. HR checked 30 seconds after I finished running. Probably a good est of total ave, maybe a little low.
