Ran in Al Kut at 1.5% on treadmill after 5+ hours of flights in the hottest weather I have ever experienced. Very much had to HTFU tonight. Such a hard workout but wanted to get my 21+ miles in and over 10 hours for the week. Next week is an easy, rest week.
Ran in the dark, outside with headlamp, at Tallil on unfamiliar road with first (and last) 0.6 miles on crappy gravel road in 90+ degree heat with HOT, HOT strong wind blowing. All this shortly after dinner and slightly dehydrated. Not the best run ever!
