First workout with coach. 1000 m TT. Did it in 18:15. Pretty pleased with that. Basically a 1:50 average. Not bad for someone who has hardly done anything over the past month or two. I'll take it.
I went out WAY too quick. did the first 100 in 1:30. oops. I paid for that at about 300-350 in. Then on the push off to start 800 I got an arch cramp. Then on the push off for the 900 I got a hammie cramp. But it was all my fault. I've hardly done anything. So with that, I'll take the time and now have something to improve on.
