Just finished assembling a new treadmill in the basement. Tested the belt alignment and controls with a short faster paced walk. Initial run test in proper workout clothes coming soon.

200 flutter kick w/board as: 100 normal + 2x( 25 fast + 25 easy)
3x( 50 fr pull + 50 br pull + 50 whip kick + 50 dolphin kick)
2x( 50 salute drill ba + 50 zipper drill fr)
had some extra time so he offered some options or a challenge, I took the challenge
50 fast fly + 50 choice easy (fr)
finished the fly all fast but REALLY struggled for breath into the fr
He wants me to focus more on kicking: 6 beat fr & ba, and dolphin for fly

Short swim after work so I could avoid the rush hour at the federal election polls (it worked). Mostly fr but included a 200 IM and some kicking. Did a half dozen faster 50 fr focused on 6 beat kick.
