Weight listed is the assist. Not much time so just a quick refresher. Even the 3rd set went fairly easy so I could have tried for more. Next time.

Stationary biking at lunchtime. Stepped the resistance up a notch from usual, to 13 from 12, but for a shorter workout my heart rate only got up to 130s and floated around there. Pushed the rpm up to 105-ish for a minute at the 18 minute mark. Heart rate to 140s but recovered back to 130s once the rpm came back to mid 90s. Pullups and stretch after.
Odd time because I wanted my watch to count it as a workout but that has to be at least 15 minutes. However, I was distracted getting started and it was almost 7 minutes into the spin before I realized I had to start logging on the watch. Silly tech … operator!
Lunchtime on a treadmill at the gym. Weights and stretching after.
HR every 5 min.: 155, 159, 162
and 114 after 3 min. cool down.

Evening swim, "adult stroke improvement" group class, though only 2 of us showed up so almost a private lesson. He wanted me to try shifting the breath timing on my breaststroke just a bit earlier so I'm dropping my head sooner as my hands start to drive forward.
