Another shorter break so I tried to spice it up a bit. Starting at the 6 minute mark and every three minutes after, so at 6, 9, and 12, I bumped the speed up for 1 minute. The effect is 1 minute faster and 2 minutes recovery. Randomly landed on 5.4 mph, up from 4.7, on the first interval and used that for the others too. HR went up 6 or 8 beats during the faster bits but recovered well each time. I should try this sort of thing more often since I've gotten fairly comfortable at the slower speed.
