Lunchtime treadmill at the gym. Steady at 4.7mph, no incline. HR says I haven't been running enough lately. :) Some exercise and stretching after.
HR: 160@6min., 163@12min., 164@18min., and 116 after 3min. cool down.

Pull down weight is total. Foot end raised about 1.5 feet for the sit ups. Gassed out on the last sit up set.

Treadmill at the gym, at lunchtime. Speed set at 4.7 mph but increased to 6mph for 1 minute at minutes 6, 9, and 12. HR got up to 174 during the 3rd fast interval and recovered to 124 after a three minute progressively slowing cool down, after the 15 minute run. Some stretching afterward.
