Treadmill at the gym during lunch break. Thought I might struggle today for lack of running so far this week but it felt ok and HR wasn't bad so I stretched it out to 24 minutes. Situps and stretching after.
HR: 156@6min., 161@12min., 162@18min., 167@24min., and 118 after 3min. progressive cool down.

Treadmills were all busy at noon today so I got on a stationary bike. First 10 minutes all close to 100 rpm. During the second 10 minutes I tried picking up the cadence a bit. A couple minutes around 105, back to 100 to rest, 30 seconds at about 110, 100 rest, maybe 15 seconds around 115, 100 rest, and then 5 or 10 seconds pushing between 125 and 130 rpm, 100 rest. HR peak at 168, avg 143. Weights and stretching after.
