Treadmill at the gym during lunch break. Thought I might struggle today for lack of running so far this week but it felt ok and HR wasn't bad so I stretched it out to 24 minutes. Situps and stretching after.
HR: 156@6min., 161@12min., 162@18min., 167@24min., and 118 after 3min. progressive cool down.
