A minor addition, as of yesterday, to the end of the run. After a couple minutes of progressively slowing walk like usual, I started doing a round of 15 push ups, 15 sit ups, and 15 squats. Only a couple minutes worth so I haven't logged it as a workout but better than nothing. :)
