Back to the pool, first time in well over a year. Just took it slow and easy with lots of rest stops to make sure not to strain some forgotten muscles. Started with 4x50 fr and 2x50 flutter kick, then 2x50 each back, breast, and fly. More fr and kick, with 100 IM in the mix. Finished with 2x50 fr pull w/buoy.
Total 625 fr, 125 bk, 125 br, 125 fly, and 200 flutter kick.
Distances estimated from watch tracking, but it can't tell free from fly, doesn't see kick laps, and sometimes mis-counts laps. It also said I averaged 134 bpm HR but I didn't turn off the water workout mode until after a quick rinse shower.

I must be getting out of shape though. I almost couldn't pull myself onto the bulkhead that divides the pool after I finished.
