25m lane at the pool after work. Started with 8x50 fr, easy w/ lots of rest. 2x50 fr kick then 2x50 fr pull followed by 50 each IM stroke. Then a mix of fr and various kicks with short Zoomer fins and some more kick with the fins off. Finished with more easy fr swim.
