Monday - July 5

I spent the weekend moving a friend to a new apartment. I have a pickup truck and a dolly. 3 flights of steps down at the old place and 2 flights up at the new place. The friend has mobility issues but I did get some occasional help from their grandson. Yesterday and today I feel like I was doing a long course tri on too little training. Ouch!
