The left foot was still iffy so I just walked on the treadmill, watching the noon news on the TV. Again, it felt better after some walking but I decided I'd not push it and see if that helps.

Just looking through the health data on my phone: it says my resting HR today is 50 bpm.

Treadmill run at lunchtime. My left foot was a bit sore so I just started walking but after about 10 minutes the foot felt better so I did another 15 minutes running. 15min @4mph The HR for the run started a bit higher than usual so the average is relatively elevated too for an easy run pace. HR: avg.154, peak 159
