I'm planning on some OWS tonight. The gym last night was nastay. This has to be the absolute worst time of year to workout/train.

I could not get out of bed again this morning. My plan was to make it to 0530 spin class. I would have made it if the class started at 0545. :) With that said, I will make it to Total Conditioning tonight. This is a special mid week treat as my normal saturday instructor is subbing tonight.

Hot and sticky in the gym. Hammys tight this morning.

It may not seem like I have done much lately but I have. This weekend we painted and redecorated Emily's room. Imagine hauling all of a 9yo girls stuff out of her room. We had to primer the walls to cover the old color and paint the ceiling. The fun really began when I was installing a new set of blinds in her window.

It's all done except for some minor projects.
