My back is still jacked up. I'm walking like an older man than I am. Should visit the chiro today.

Yesterday, we took Emmy to Mesquite Groves for some play time. The pool was at capacity when we arrived so we waited about 10 minutes before we could get in. Once inside, Emmy and her friend Lauren went to play while Shelley and I swam some leisurely laps. Shelley has come a long way. She can now swim 400-500 meters without blinking an eye.

My plan calls for a swim and 45min run today. Not sure what will happen. Kinda depends on how my back feels. Right now not good. It generally loosens up as the day goes on.

Fleetwood Mac ROCKS! What was nice is they only sang hits as there is no new album to promote. Lindsey Buckingham is much better than I would have anticipated. I suppose 40+ years in the music business will do that. We had some Ichiban before the show out in the boomtown of Tolleson at 99th and McDowell. Shelley use to work at 83rd  and we use to live at 63rd. Let's just say the place looks much different now.

 Not much going on here. My body has been sore yesterday and today. Kinda like I have been carrying someone on my shoulders. Weird. I do not believe I am sore from racing. It could be from trying the new stroke at swimmy on Tuesday.

If I feel good, I'm going to OWS tonight. In the meantime, more study of property and casualty insurance. I can't wait for this to be done. The problem is I have not studied consistently.
