I feel pretty good today after yesterday. I did take an ice bath after my run, well not an "ice" bath, but a cold water bath. Maybe that is helping, who knows?
I ran all of the 12 miles except for maybe a 1/4 mile. It iwas a slow run, but these longer runs (16+) are really helping me with my confidence that I can do all 26.2. Thsi week is sort of a recovery week with my runs being 3-5-3 and then a 20 miler. I will definately have my first 100+ mile month ever!
Looks like I am going to have my first 100 mile month in Oct. This marathon training is no joke!
Really cold today, but I warmed up and enjoyed the run. I was suppose to do this run yesterday, but due to work I couldn't, so things are a bit pushed back, but I plan on getting the miles in! I really hope that this will help my running in tris.
