Crappy run.

I took a nice little break these past couple of days, going from a 35 mile month to a 113 mile month has worn me out. Looking for a nice run this afternoon to get back on track.

Another thing, I have to get back on my core workouts, I am feeling soft. Time to get focused and not forget that part of my workouts.

it seems like I am slowing down even more even when I feel like I am running fast. It is weird, I mean I feel like I have a decent pace going and then Boom, I look at my watch at it sucks! I am not as concerned about it on longer runs, but these runs should be faster!
