Visit to the Chiropractor was gold yesterday. My back was sore from trying to empty the lawn mower bag on Sunday. It felt like I had pulled something. Yesterday morning I figured I would try to run it out, so I did a run-swim-run workout. It felt ok, but by about 10:30 AM, my back was so tight I couldn't hardly get out of my chair. Luckily, the Dr was able to see me that day and got me fixed up and then did some dtretching of the hamstrings nd glutes. It hurt so good!

This morning, I seemed to have to adjust my bike alot, but I was glad to get it done. A friend of mine was hit by a car this morning on her morning ride, so I pry she is healing nicley. She had some broken bones and scrapes.
