I am so tired of having this cold. I can't wait any longer for it to get better. I am back to training tomorrow. My HIM is in 19 days...no time to be sick.

I WILL TRAIN
Run
  • 19m 17s
  • 2.00 miles
  • 09m 38s /Mi
Quick little run to test out how I felt and if I was doing better after this cold. Felt fairly well while running

that block of yellow is killing me, but I guess it is better to recover from this cold than to have it linger on for weeks.

double ear infection and bronchitis! UGH!!!!!!!  Not a good time. Doc says to rest for a few days and recover or I this will just linger.

I give!  I am giving in to this chest cold for the weekend. I have debated on whether or not I should try and push through it or recover and have decided that it would be better for me to recover from this cold and hit it hard on Monday. It is not what I want to do, but I am afraid that if I push it, this thing will linger on. I need to get rid of it.

So tired of this cold and cough. I need to get out there and prepare, but I don not think it would be best for me to do while I am sick. Hopefully I can get out there tomorrow, but definately on Sat. Time is ticking.

sick as a dog today!  Tonight is defiantely a Nyquil type of night.
