Had a great run last night so I felt it would be bad to wake up again with a 4 miler this morning since I have a 16 miler scheduled for Sat. I am more concerned about getting my longer runs in than I am with my shorter runs. I felt very strong last night, I am hoping to get my 16 miler done in under 3 hours.
