Finally! I got my butt up out of bed and ran. I think last weekends run opened my eyes a little that if I want to beat last years time, I need to get more focused.

run started off great until mile 6 when I realized I had dropped one of my water bottles from my fuel belt. I was worried about water the rest of the run. Did fine on nutrition and felt OK until mile 13. I thought I was going to puke everywhere, I know I did not hydrate well, but what can you do. I was wanting to do 16 in under 3 hours, but I was spent. Next week is another 16 miler, so we will try again!

Had a great run last night so I felt it would be bad to wake up again with a 4 miler this morning since I have a 16 miler scheduled for Sat. I am more concerned about getting my longer runs in than I am with my shorter runs. I felt very strong last night, I am hoping to get my 16 miler done in under 3 hours.
