Monday - May 21
Legs are very heavy and just overall feel drained from yesterday. The heat really took a toll on me yesterday, had a bad headache most of yesterday due to heat. I am going to take this week off to recover (I am not 25 anymore), maybe a recovery jog on Tuesday and then start hitting it again Monday.
