I was a mile short on my run this morning, but oh well. I am really trying to get up early enough to fit in all my workouts before work, so I am freed up in the afternoon and evening. It is going to be tough once the miles get longer, so we will see if I can continue to get up and train.

Back in the saddle again, literally! It felt good to hit the bike again after taking a few days off after my Olympic race. I really feel like I made a break through in the last race and I am seeing the benefits of my training, I am no longer feeling like I shouldn't call myself a triathlete anymore!
Looking forward to build on the successes I have had this year and ready to keep trucking along to a new HIM PR and marathon PR.
