I was suppose to have a run after the swim, but I just didn't feel right after I got out of the water. It's tough to explain, but I know my body pretty well and something just wasn;t right. I considered trying to make it a mental toughness run, but even that seemed like a bad idea, so I got home while everyone was still asleep and made breakfast. Peaceful morning.
