I felt bad about missing this morning...

long weekend of traveling going to see my dad and my father in law, so not much working out going on, just alot of eating. I decided to sleep that extra hour in my own bed this morning. It felt great. Back at it tomorrow, and maybe tonight...

something just wasn't right, cancelled my run

I was suppose to have a run after the swim, but I just didn't feel right after I got out of the water. It's tough to explain, but I know my body pretty well and something just wasn;t right. I considered trying to  make it a mental toughness run, but even that seemed like a bad idea, so I got home while everyone was still asleep and made breakfast. Peaceful morning.
