ran with my boys training them for thier triathlon

Spent most of the week in ATL for work, so I had a light week, and I think I needed it. Today I went swimming and running with my oldest boys helping them get ready for their triathlon next weekend. Tomorrow I am shooting for a 45 mile ride and a 12 mile run on Sunday.

great long swim today, felt like I could have gone longer!! I officially went over the 100,000 yards mark today on this swim!  Feeling good about racing.

 

Now off to ATL for some work meetings, will try and get in some runs at the hotel

It was hard to get out of bed this morning, but I am glad I did. Legs were tight from the race yesterday (surprisingly) so it was good to ride. I rode a little further than my plan called for to compensate for my traveling thi week.

Officially signed up for my next race, a super sprint that I have been trying to go under an hour for three years, this is the year.
