Friday - August 17
Was nice to sleep in till 6:30 today since it is a scheduled rest day. I needed it. Tomorrow will have to start way early becasue the wife wants to go a teen conference at church from 8:30-4 and I am suppose to have a 52 mile ride to work in somehow, so I figure I get up early around 4:30 and ride. SUnday is also a lng run run (13.7 miles) which means I will also have to get up way early to fit that run in due to the afternoon heat here in Memphis. I had better have a good race after all this!!!!!!
