Scheduled rest day today and needed. I am tired. I have had a great month so far, and still have a another good week of training before my race, so I should be ready. All this work for a half makes me wonder about doing a full! Where will I find the time? Anyways, going to enjoy this race, hopefully come out with a new HIM PR and enjoy that weekend.
Big miles coming up this weekend. 60 mile ride and 15 mile run. Let's hope I get them all in!
