School starting has really been trying for me and my running. Last week I knew no one would be up for awhile and I had no time restraints on my runs, but now it is not the case. I was scheduled to do a 3.7 mile run today, so I slept in a little later, got up around 6ish, got dressed and went to the restroom. By the time I was ready to go out the door, here comes my oldest boy downstairs wanting breakfast! I knew I was expected to take him and his brother to school and it just got me out of whack and put me in a bad mood. I guess I am juts going to have to get up earlier for the next month.

Stupid stupid. I got called at 3:30 AM about a burglary I had to respond too. I hate these calls. Messed up my entire plan for this morning. I went to bed early last night so I could get up and run. Now I will have to see how I can get in 9 miles runninng. Maybe with the rain today it will keep the temps down, or I just run in the rain this afternoon!  Either way, I have to get in some miles.

Had to change some things around due to work. Had to be at an out of town store early and there was no way I could get up early enough to swim/run and then make it there. So I will switch to tomorrow and rest day today.

I did not get up this morning and ride like I was scheduled to do and now I feel guilty about it. I know I can still ride tongiht, which I may end up doing. Due to work stuff, I will be switching my rest day to Thursday.
