treadmill due to rains

Today I started my training for the marathon and it was raining when I awoke. I was so close to saying "screw it" and going out in the rain, cause I am that big of a badass, but the wiser side of me woke up and said, just go to the treadmill dork!  So I treadmilled it and hated it, but I got it done. First run since my HIM on the 8th, seems so long ago!

Feeling pretty good 4 days out. Looking forward to starting on my marathon plan, looking for another big improvement there also. Legs are still heavy, need to do more stretching I guess. Marathon training starts the 17th!
