want to add planks in next time, maybe tonight
This morning I started working the old aba dabbas, the core. I did 3 sets of 20, hanging leg raise, making sure I was in control and not swinging, then I did one set of 15 for a total of 75 hanging leg raises. I am hoping to work my way up to 4 sets of 25 and then some plank work and then add on that. My goal is to work the core/abs on days I do not run

Today I started my training for the marathon and it was raining when I awoke. I was so close to saying "screw it" and going out in the rain, cause I am that big of a badass, but the wiser side of me woke up and said, just go to the treadmill dork! So I treadmilled it and hated it, but I got it done. First run since my HIM on the 8th, seems so long ago!
