Went to look at track, figured I'd run there and back. Went out too fast, but the nice thing about that is that even a faster tempo later seems easy. Very excited about the track. Felt the same problem on the ball of my foot on the way back so I walked most of the way so not to aggravate it - hoping it's the shoes and will be fixed with new ones.
