Despite some naughty food yesterday (three handfuls of M&M's and a piece of homemade chocolate pudding pie), I saw a massively low number -- for me at least -- this morning -- 171.8!! I haven't seen a number that low in a very, very long time. The metabolism is humming running 10k everyday. I still gotta really focus on reigning in the diet cause I could be in the upper 160's right now. Not gonna beat myself up too bad... as I haven't binged cheated, just little cheats... but, yeah, I gotta just keep replacing caloric dense junk foods with fruits and veggies. It's a process... and it's moving in the right direction! And despite all the Running and Biking (and hopefully soon swimming) I know the #1 Rule is: You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
Considering the huge race effort last night, my legs aren't sore --- but I am tired. So I'm going to skip the Bike tonight. Have some house stuff to do anyways...

2nd OA! Missed first place by .164th of a second - if only I had an Aero PU. I did have a feather PU, and in retrospect I should have used that because there as a slight 1% incline so it may have helped. I also did very well on a ton of the Sprint Primes; still waiting on official points results to be posted.

173.6 this morning! Super stoked. Haven't seen that exact weight since pre-Ironman Mont Tremblant 2019. And in 2019 that was my bottom. But this train ain't stopping here!! We're on our way to the 160's baby!
