Ate some junk food the last couple of days (some zebra cakes, m&m's and a zero calorie Monster energy drinks) and the body just isn't having it.  If I'm going to keep Running 10k everyday (on a semi-challenging course I might add) and Cycle at a modest volume (including vEverest training) AND include Swimming soon... my body will only tolerate proper fueling.  Meaning no junk food.  And it's not a matter of weight loss, cause I'm not eating a lot of junk food calories per se, but the body just isn't tolerating garbage as fueling and recovery food.  And it's making me feel like garbage.

Run 67. Day 67. And I feel like garbage. The body is strong (mechanically peaking). Almost zero niggles, aside from a little acute soreness in left groin from low cadence work on the Alpe Sunday that's progressively getting better. So yeah, body is strong but the head is foggy, bit woozy and the stomach is a touch upset. But we'll press on!

As a result of yesterdays TTT effort I put out a PR of 3.3 w/kg for 20'!  And with the weight loss ZwiftPower has me listed as "almost B" rider!  Woot Woot!

Our Team came in 2nd - missed 1st by 4.5 seconds. But we finished 14th out of 300+ Zwift C teams. I felt unbelievably fit and strong during this event and Director Sportif had me taking the longest pulls. I even went back for a team mate who got popped off the back and was :04 seconds down and was able to to tow him back up to the group! Amazing!
