So tomorrow's Dec 31st and I wanted 172 lbs... but I'm OK w/ 177 lbs. I haven't been this "light" this time a year in about a decade. I've traded my pop tarts and waffles for rolled oats and fruit. I stopped drinking my one-a-day Monster Energy drink and I'm drinking mineral water instead. I'm allowing myself naughty deserts on the weekend nights (after Long Run or Rides) but no desert on weekdays. I really, really, really think on my current diet/training/ lifestyle trajectory this is my best chance ever to get down to my dream/goal weight of 159/160 lbs by Spring. If I keep eating and living clean and my body only gets down to upper 160's so be it. Wherever my weight settles, it settles. But I'll know cause the love handles will be fully gone. That's the metric I'm using. LET'S GO 2021!!!!
Kettlebell 11 exercises w/ son. Learned from many, many years ago when strength training start light and easy. So I did. Used 13 lb KB which still felt heavy after cycling intervals.
