Happy w/ the scale today! Need to stay the course. We're on a one-way trip to the upper 160's and then maybe the lower 160's upper 150's?!?! This is the Weight Loss Crazy Train!
53 straight days of 10k running and amazingly the legs feel good. Lots of stretching, yoga, foam rolling but it's worth it. Keeping all my runs mainly low Zone 2. Occasional Zone 1 when the fatigue is high. Mid-zone 2 a couple times a week when the legs are feeling peppy with a few minutes of Z4 sprinkled in. Virtually no Zone 3 though.
CCW Run Around the Lake.
HR Avg 122 (run felt effortless. I also love running in the cold with low wind)
Legs and body feel strangely good. Wouldn't have thought so after yesterday feeling good on the Run and then setting a new Bike FTP. The body is definitely on the upswing of feeling good. The opposite of this time last week when the Fatigue was really high.

I was literally in 1st place of 800 riders 10k into the race, feeling good, leading up the short punchy climbs and I have a fucking :03 second drop out and fall 50 spots to the 2nd group. You gotta be kidding me Zwift!!!!! I did chase for several minutes at 300W and got to back within :06 seconds of the lead group... but but that time I was dead. The good thing was it forced me to lay down power I've never done before and I ended up with a new FTP. So I guess it was a blessing in disguise :-)
