Today will be a another Rest Day "The Horror!!"  I'm still pretty sore and fatigued.  I was going to do a Swim and a Run, but the body is telling me otherwise.  My back/spine is still sore from the squat bar!  I'm such a wuss!!  Weight is also up a tad, but this is to be expected.  Progress isn't just a straight arrow-like line.  I needed this little break after 100/100.   

Focus now is THE BIKE and preparing for vEverest on March 13th.  The strategy is to Run 3X per weeks (2 regular runs and 1 medium-long) ; 2 EZ Swims ; and everything else is THE BIKE @ Zone 2 to prep for vEverest.  Thinking 10 Hours next week, and and then 7 to 8 hours the following week so I go into the event with the engine running hot.  I think this will give me the best chance at a good Recovery too... cause I don't want to lose too much time after vEverest.  We'll see...

Even though the first part of the race was 5 flat laps in Richmond, it was so fast. I hung on for dear life first 4 mins, and because I was in the back my group got gapped after the first Sprint. Grrr.. But really I have so much fatigue in my legs it's tough to race on the rivet!

100 Runs in 100 Days, Done & Dusted! As they say in the UK - lol! I ran over 1,000 kilometer; I didn't get injured due to lots of preventive exercise and yoga; I had great support from Dale and Rusty, and many BT'ers and peeps on Strava.
