This was actually an aqua jog. So distance is not accurate.

Still working with the phyiscal therapist regarding my foot. It felt good, all things considered, at the half marathon. No pain until mile 8 and then only discomfort really, not pain, after that. However, it hurt the day after. She is recommending that I do aqua jogging and lay off the foot some. I will try to do 2 aqua jogs a week and just one run. I have a sprint triathlon this weekend. Hopefully the foot holds up for it.

Short morning run after the trainer session. My foot, of course, is bothering me. Not surprising since i went from very little running to a 1/2 marathon over the weekend.

travel back from the canadian rockies today. no tri training but walked over 17,000 steps because we're having a step challenge at work and i couldn't let a day of travel wreck my average :)
