Kind of deadish legs today. Was supposed to run threshold for 20 minutes, but really didn't hit my pace. Had a hard time with leg turnover and pushing myself. Why can I do threshold on the bike, but it seems sooooo much harder on the run? I'm sure the balls to the walls on the bike with Trixie yesterday didn't help. The ac sets, I just ran as fast as I could with out tweaking the butt. I definately felt it on the left side during threshold, (and yesterday too for that matter) so I pushed it, but didn't look at the pace...just went fast. My hr was all over the place during this run too...when I was starting out it read 38 as I walked to the end of my street...then it was in the 190's and 200's during threshold, then in the low 100's-120's. Somethin' ain't right with that darn garmin. And now the band is coming off the watch to boot. BOOOO.
Now I'm getting ready for the lake (dinner with the family) and prepping for my crack of dawn ride. It should be lots of fun...well, as fun as getting up at 4:30 can be! ;)
to the rr tracks for 3 repeats at th/vo2max to Spring Mill, then back to Kent lake, and one more loop
With Trixie after bike
out and back with the gang...

What a hump day! The investment property went on the market at midnight last night and we had 4 offers today, all over asking price! My partner did a fantastic job on the place. :) We will be taking a very good offer with good terms and a quick closing. Keeping all body parts crossed that everything pans out (cause you just never know in real estate, especially these days.)
Awesome night in the lab again tonight. I was digging the threshold sets even at 18 minutes! Woo Hoo! It's official...I"M A FREAK! :) Then for the spin karaoke, the boys (and a few of us girls) were really singing! Lots of good tunes to help the threshold sets fade away! :) Fun times with fun peeps.
Then it was time for schwimmy. Sad night though, cause I won't be seeing my swim buddy for at least a month. Super duper sad face. :( We pushed each other as always which was perfect for the threshold sets. 1:36,1:37, 1:37, 1:39 for those. Sweet! We swam the endurance and easy pace shoulder to shoulder! I'm gonna miss swimming with Scott!!!
