1st artery swim this year. Did ok. Did time starved as that is what I am doing in swims. Basically 70=75, 80=85, 90=95 and FAST. Lol. Better gears than I’ve had in the past, but still not great. Que of swimming with the shoulders vs windmilling my arms worked better on gap faster sets.
