This weekend is awesome weatehr - yesterday was 51F and today mid 40's and sunny. I went to gym instead of outdoor run to help Lisa. We both did t'mill for 35:00 and then she did leg weights and i did upper body/arms machines. The workout actually sucked. I started out dead tired and sore. My first mile was 8:34, i started to get in good groove and more agressive and picked up pace considerably.
