Todays was fun. I waited about 5 min for a lane, but the pool died down then. Maybe it's me - no i brushed teeth and used Right Guard. Oh well. I got to about 1000 and felt good. My times weren't impressive in the middle, but my form wasn't falling apart and even after jsut a few sessions with fins, i could tell early on my kick was improving. At 1200, i thought lets go 1500, i rested for about 30 sec at 1500, then did another 100.

After the miserable week last week and a freekin blizzard sat nite (6" heavy wet snow overnite - shoveled sunday) I was feeling good today. I was excited about running and ran comfortably. A kick would've got me under 21. The stress of mydad being hospitalized is wearing on me, but today he is doing better and i think he will be released back to the nursing home on wedsnesday. I feel better about that. the temp today was 36/sunny
