Thursday Nite group ride - windy and about 51F. Going out we had wind at our backs and all together as a group, turning onto Hwy D, we went into the headwindd and quiickly lost contact, rejoined another grou and 3 of us rode together. I took majority of pulls. It was really good ride and workout

Chris, Holly and jacob all did the Lighthouse run course with me tonite. We ran as a group and hung around 9:45 pace for efirst 6, then slowed a bit finsihing in a 10 minute average.
