I'm glad its Friday.  That was a long week!  Brought swim stuff with today (for the 3rd day in a row).  Maybe I'll make it to the pool.  Maybe not.

Not sure I should be running 2 days in a row yet.  That was a tough 5 miler.  I think I'll take it easy till the 5k ;)

Starting to feel a little better

As you can see the ride didn't happen yesterday.  By the time I got home I wasn't in the mood.  Maybe tomorrow.....

I'm thinking I should probably get the bike out at some point this week.  It's looking like it's actually going to stay dry for a few days so I should take advantage the nice weather.
