Felt good for awhile but definitely fell apart the last couple of miles. I was shooting for 42 minutes though so I'm not disappointed. Even got a coffee mug for finishing in the top 100

Not sure why I was so sluggish today. Lost a gel packet along the way so I had to make due with two.

I really should have just taken Thursday and Friday off too.  Oh well, short week!

Last day of vacation.  Woke up with a headache so instead of another morning ride I watched the tour and napped.  Took the kids to the pool for the afternoon then had dinner and came home.  So no workout for me
