Zwift. Yes, just 5 miles. Was on some hellish course with a steep climb for the entire duration of the workout
80DO - Day 27 - Booty
First day of Phase 2. This was a lot of the same moves in PHase 1, with the addition of resistance bands on many of the moves. While this was do-able, I definitely felt challenged and was out of breath many times during the workout. Loved it!
